About Mr Fayaz Callachand

Mr Fayaz Callachand is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in lower-limb conditions, particularly hip and knee arthritis.

He trained at Queen's University Belfast and completed specialist Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery training in Northern Ireland. He later undertook a Lower Limb Arthroplasty and Revision Arthroplasty Fellowship at Cappagh National Orthopaedic Hospital in Dublin, covering primary, complex and revision joint replacement procedures.

Alongside clinical practice, he is active in research, education and surgical training.
